Emergency Collecting Pit – ECP A

The Emergency Collecting Pit A (ECP A) is easy and quick to install and makes retrofitting existing plants fast and simple. Due to the individual chamber design, a high space utilization is achieved even in cases of complex pit geometries. Almost all components potentially exposed to molten metal, water or steam are made of KS 91 foam ceramic.

The ECP A is the right choice for small and medium collection volumes (up to 30 t of cast iron) and can be combined with any furnace street.
